Building Young Readers Every Saturday

The Kids Educational Engagement Project (KEEP Liberia) remains committed to promoting literacy through its Regular Saturday Reading Sessions held at its Reading Rooms across Montserrado.

As a flagship initiative under KEEP Liberia’s Promoting Literacy Pillar, the program provides school-going children with a fun, safe, and engaging environment to strengthen their reading skills, improve comprehension, expand their vocabulary, and develop a lifelong love for reading. Beyond supporting academic success, the sessions encourage creativity, critical thinking, and a positive reading culture while giving children opportunities to learn, imagine, and grow outside the classroom.

KEEP Liberia also invites individuals, educators, professionals, students, community leaders, and organizations to serve as Guest Readers. By volunteering, guest readers inspire young learners, share the joy of storytelling, and help reinforce the value of reading as a lifelong habit.

If you or your organization would like to volunteer as a Guest Reader, call or WhatsApp 0880797499 or email info@keeplib.org.

Together, we can make a lasting impact, one story, one child, and one Saturday at a time.
