Emerging Leaders Mentorship Ushers in Year Two Leadership

We are pleased to announce that the Emerging Leaders Mentorship Fellowship successfully held its first inauguration for elected officials of Year Two. The ceremony marked a proud milestone in the Fellowship’s growth and transition into a new year of service, mentorship, and leadership development.

Elected Officers (Positions Contested: President, Vice President, Speaker, Secretary)

          •        President: Fellow Mira F. Mapaderun

          •        Vice President: Fellow Albert B. Kollie

          •        Speaker: Fellow Lloyed D. Clinton

          •        Secretary: Fellow Adiel P. Nyain

A notable outcome of this year’s election is the predominantly male composition of the leadership team. This shift from Year One is an encouraging sign of increased male participation in leadership roles within the Fellowship and underscores our ongoing commitment to developing diverse leaders across the community.

Looking ahead, this new leadership team will guide Year Two’s programming for the next four months, with which another elections shall be held. Fellows are encouraged to support the incoming officials as they implement initiatives that advance mentorship, professional development, and community impact.

Congratulations to Fellows Mapaderun, Kollie, Clinton, and Nyain on their election and inauguration.

We look forward to a productive and inspiring Year Two as we empower tomorrow’s leaders today!
