The Kids Educational Engagement Project (KEEP Liberia) proudly announces the successful closure of the academic school year for its Computer Literacy Training program at Honoree Preparatory School.

Throughout the school year, KEEP Liberia engaged 36 students from grades 3 to 6 in hands-on digital learning sessions. The training was designed to build foundational computer skills and empower young learners with practical knowledge for the future.
Students explored a range of topics, including:
- Definition and Introduction to Computer
- Introduction to MS Word: features, functions, and editing documents
- Creating certificates and typing letters
- Creating and editing tables
- Printing documents
These sessions not only introduced students to essential digital tools but also nurtured confidence in applying technology to everyday academic tasks.

KEEP Liberia continues to emphasize that literacy in the 21st century goes beyond reading and writing, it includes digital literacy as a pathway to opportunity and empowerment. By equipping students with computer skills, we are opening doors to brighter futures and ensuring that Liberian children are prepared for the demands of a modern world.
As part of our Promoting Literacy and Digital Literacy Pillar, KEEP Liberia has established community libraries, distributed thousands of books, trained teachers, and developed creative programs to make learning accessible and enjoyable. Our digital literacy programs, including the Computer Literacy Training at Honoree Preparatory School, are vital extensions of this mission.

KEEP Liberia remains open to partnerships with schools across Liberia to conduct computer classes and expand access to digital education. Together, we can empower more children, strengthen communities, and shape a future where literacy, both traditional and digital becomes the foundation of national progress.
